Roasted Kalettes

This Roasted Kalettes recipe is quick, simple, tasty and healthy!

Ingredients

250g kalettes
6-8 garlic cloves, peeled and halved
2 tbsp olive oil
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Trim the kalettes and cut them in half lengthwise. The larger kalettes may need to be cut into thirds or quarters so they cook evenly.

STEP 2
Place the kalettes and the garlic cloves on a baking sheet.
Drizzle and toss with olive oil.

STEP 3
Roast for 12 minutes, give everything a good tossin the baking sheet and return to the oven to roast for another 10 – 12 minutes.

STEP 4
Season with salt and pepper and toss with grated parmesan cheese.
