Investing heavily in our team, Fresh Select people hold qualifications in agricultural science, food technology, Safe Quality Food (SQF), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), as well as RABQSA Food Safety Auditor accreditation. Plus, Fresh Select employs a Quality Assurance Liaison Officer with over 20 years experience to work closely with local and interstate growers.
Together, our team conducts stringent quality checks at all stages of production – planting, pre-harvest, loading and delivery – using state-of-the-art quality system hardware that tracks produce movement. Only produce that passes each of our checks makes it to consumers.
